requestId BigEndian!ushort requestId;: Request ID.
reserved ubyte reserved;: Unused.
type FCGI_RecordType type;: FastCGI record (packet) type.
version_ ubyte version_;: FastCGI protocol version. Should be FCGI_VERSION_1.
