Structs

FastArrayRange struct FastArrayRange(T, bool CHECKED = isDebug): An equivalent of an array range, but which maintains a start and end pointer instead of a start pointer and length. This allows .popFront to be faster. Optionally, omits bounds checking for even more speed.
